Chief Justice Wolfe will always be remembered for his tireless work ethic, integrity and forthrightness. His contribution to Jamaican and indeed, Caribbean jurisprudence is well-known among members of the legal fraternity throughout the region and even further afield. UNESCO and the Bonavero Institute of Human Rights at the Faculty of Law, University of Oxford, will soon be launching a new version of a global multilingual Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) for judicial actors on the international and regional standards on freedom of expression and the safety of journalists. The course, which will be available in English, French, Spanish, Arabic, Chinese, Russian and Portuguese, will build on the successful UNESCO-Bonavero Institute MOOC on freedom of expression which was delivered in English in 2021. The RSCNPF received the report of a boating incident occurring just off the coast of Nevis. Investigations have since revealed that Ishmael Hanley, a 58-year old Jessups Village resident, has succumbed to injuries inflicted by the propeller of a passing boat. The two projects in question are the new Police Training Complex at Lime Kiln Commercial Development and the new Government Printery at Church Street.
