The St. Kitts and Nevis Bureau of Standards (SKNBS) is reminding all retailers that goods displayed for sale must include English, the official language of St. Christopher and Nevis. Non-compliance with this requirement violates SRO 35 2023, Section 3.3. Additionally, labels with deceptive information violate Section 3.2 of the same regulation.
