The St. Kitts and Nevis Bureau of Standards (SKNBS) is reminding all retailers that goods displayed for sale must include English, the official language of St. Christopher and Nevis. Non-compliance with this requirement violates SRO 35 2023, Section 3.3. Additionally, labels with deceptive information violate Section 3.2 of the same regulation. Please note that regulations are law and must be followed. Retailers should verify compliance requirements by visiting www.sknbs.org under the “Approved Regulations” tab.
