These programs provide support for international students pursuing studies in Romania at the Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Doctoral levels. The federal government received the Destiny application from the Nevis Island administration on January 29, 2026 and the matter remains under active review. I want the people of Saint Kitts and Nevis to clearly understand one important constitutional point, the federal government does not have a general power over development taking place on Nevis.
