The Federal Cabinet has requested that the National Flag of Saint Kitts and Nevis be flown at half-mast at all Government buildings and establishments throughout the Federation effective Friday 30th June 2023 in tribute to His Excellency Sir Tapley Seaton GCMG, CVO, KC, JP, LLD. Half-mast means the flag is flown halfway down the flagpole from the top. The position of the Flag when flying at half-mast will depend on the size of the flag, the length of the mast, and its location. Rome – QU Dongyu was today re-elected to a second term as Director-General of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO).
