November 4, 2022 – Today, the European Union (EU), Organization of African, Caribbean and Pacific States (OACPS) and the United Nations Capital Development Fund (UNCDF) formally announce their partnership to accelerate digital financial inclusion across selected Eastern Caribbean Islands.
