Applications can be accessed at https://web.icdf.org.tw/ICDF_TSP/WelcomeStart.aspx Candidates must submit a completed application form, a photocopy of their passport, photocopy of one’s highest level of Diploma and academic transcripts (certified by the Ministry of Education), two letters of reference.
